Suitable to restore surfaces to be subjected to metal-metal wear. Medium hardness solid build up wire with high compressive strength. Can be used as a buffer layer prior to the application of higher hardness/abrasion resistant hard facing. To be used under the shield of Ar+CO2. Applications include: machine components, gear teeth, keyways, carbon steel railroad track components and parts for earth-moving/mining equipment
