CobalTec 10092 is a strong tough alloy in spheroidal for overlaying steels, and nickel alloys. Cobaltec 10092 offers all the features of a cobalt base alloy-corrosion resistance, effective hardness at high temperatures, compressive strength and low coefficient of friction. CobalTec 10092 is manufactured using a process of atomisation, designed to ensure both optimum spheroidisation and controlled granulometry. This in turn ensures trouble-free application of the alloy using Eutalloy.
Industrial components protectively coated with CobalTec 10092 can outlast new parts several times over, even making it possible to use cheaper base metals for such components.
