Proxon 21032S is a nickel-based alloy developed specifically for spray delivery systems such as the RotoTec 800, TeroDyn 2000 or CastoDyn DS 8000.
For the protective coating of various alloys, steels and other industrial materials. Unaffected by residual stresses. Suitable for coating on large surfaces. Excellent sliding characteristics. Easy to machine. Excellent bonding. Homogeneous deposit hardness. Excellent resistance to corrosion at high temperature. No distortion of the work piece or alteration to its dimensions and structure.
Eutalloy Xuper Diamax 10999 is unique in its ability to take a very high polish. Unlike conventional tungsten carbide type alloys, the deposits of Xuper Diamax 10999 can be polished to an extremely fine micron finish with a single pass of a grinder. The high polish which can be achieved is unmarred by large, un-dissolved surface carbides. The resulting mirror like surface produces an extremely low co-efficient of friction, reducing wear in metal to metal applications.
High strength nickel based alloy for dies, conveyors, impellers, moulds
ChromTec 10680 is a high strength, machinable, nickel base alloy for joining, cladding, building up and sealing carbon and low alloy steels, stainless steels, nickel base alloys and cast iron.
Micro-pulverised cobalt-nickel-chromium alloy with a high concentration of tungsten carbide particles.
Developed for protective coating of parts which must provide exceptionally high resistance to abrasion and erosion. Thanks to a special matrix composition Eutalloy 10611 makes it possible to protectively coat steel, stainless steel and cast iron parts working in temperatures of up to 7000C, providing at the same time excellent corrosion resistance.
This maintenance-engineered coating technology increases the value and reliability of parts treated, with results far superior to conventional repair processes, and savings in costs including those of machining.
NiTec 10224 is recommended for rectifying both machining and casting defects, as well as for protective coatings against oxidation, with a considerable gain in service life for a number of parts.
Nickel based powder for a wide range of industrial applications on most metals.
Nickel-based alloy with ideal properties for the coating of steels, stainless steels, cast irons and nickel alloys. It has exceptional impact resistance, and is easy to machine with standard cutting tools.
BronzoChrom 10185 is corrosion and oxidation resistant even at high temperatures. Its most outstanding characteristic however is a low coefficient of friction, which makes BronzoChrom 10185 deposits especially resistant to metal-to-metal wear.
Copper-based self fluxing alloy for joining copper and its alloys. Deposits are air-tight and corrosion resistant, maintaining electrical and thermal conductivity.
This self wetting alloy has the capillary action which produces smooth, dense joints in places which are difficult or cumbersome to reach with conventional gas welding.
Nickel-based alloy with a high concentration of Diamax extra hard particles for enhanced wear resistance, in particular to abrasion. These and other maintenance-engineered properties make 10112 an ideal protective coating for steels and nickel alloys. It can be safely recommended for protection of highly-stressed machine parts or tools.
The Diamax particles are in this case powdered tungsten carbide, with granulometry designed for maximum abrasion resistance.
Machine parts and tools protectively coated with TungTec 10112 have been shown to increase their service life several times compared to the normal life of a new part or tool. In addition to this enormous saving in basic investment (spare parts), additional savings are sometimes possible by using cheaper base metals (coated with TungTec) for the original parts.
Atomised metal alloy powder for anti-wear coatings
CobalTec 10092 is a strong tough alloy in spheroidal for overlaying steels, and nickel alloys. Cobaltec 10092 offers all the features of a cobalt base alloy-corrosion resistance, effective hardness at high temperatures, compressive strength and low coefficient of friction.
CobalTec 10092 is manufactured using a process of atomisation, designed to ensure both optimum spheroidisation and controlled granulometry. This in turn ensures trouble-free application of the alloy using Eutalloy.
Industrial components protectively coated with CobalTec 10092 can outlast new parts several times over, even making it possible to use cheaper base metals for such components.
Atomised metal alloy powder for anti-wear coatings
Chrome-nickel alloy with properties which make it ideal for protective coating applications in cases of severe wear on a variety of base metals including stainless and other steels and nickel alloys. The deposit is extremely resistant to corrosion and oxidation, even at high temperatures, and has a low coefficient of friction and wear resistance properties which make it suitable for protection against metal-to-metal friction.
Industrial components protectively coated with BoroTec 10009 can outlast new parts several times over, even making it possible to use cheaper base metals for such components.
Heat Resistant material for insulating and positioning parts when welding.
Easily holds or positions small and difficult-to-align parts for welding, brazing or soldering. Can be used as a heat sink to absorb heat and avoid surface discolouration on heat sensitive parts. Can also be used as a heat dam to prevent heat from traveling to areas that can be damaged by heat, such as seals, gaskets, glass and wiring. Easily holds or positions small and difficult-to-align parts for welding, brazing, or soldering. Prevents discolouration on metals such as stainless steel.
