Welds low-alloy and high-alloy steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals
The MagicWave 1700 is a fully digitally controlled TIG AC/DC power source with ActiveWave technology, and is characterised by the softest possible yet highly stable arc. It has an output of 170 A, is both light and robust and self-explanatory in operation. The power source is also ideally suited to portable use in chemical, container, machine and plant construction, installation firms, metal construction, maintenance and repair companies, and for pipeline construction.
At 15 kg, the MagicWave 1700 is among the lightest in the world and can be carried anywhere. Its robust design makes it fully compatible for construction sites. It can work on a 230 V connection, and can weld any low or high-alloy steel, aluminium and its alloys and non-ferrous metals.
First the TransTig 1600/1700; now introducing the fully digitally-controlled TransTig 1750 Puls.

NEW Features: TIG Puls, TIG Spot Welding, TAC Function
The small, lightweight TransTig 1600/1700 TIG welding plants have always been a firm favourite for demanding applications on construction sites and for assembly work. When a combination of portability and perfect weld properties is critical, TransTig is the ideal choice.
Small, lightweight, robust – three words that have defined the TransTig series right from the start. Representing the next logical step is the NEW, now fully digitally-controlled, gas-cooled TransTig 1750 Puls power source.
The TransPocket 1500 is a fully digitally controlled manual electrode welding machine with resonant intelligence. The ideal characteristic ensures the arc is always stable, even with long mains leads of up to 100 metres or fluctuating mains voltage.
Performs vertical-down welding of cellulose and basic electrodes
Carbon Arc-Air gouging
The TransPocket 4000 Cel manual electrode power source has an output of 380 A. Fully digitised, the TransPocket 4000 guarantees unique reproducibility of the welding result and multiprocess ability. As the name suggests, the power source is completely cellulose-compatible, even in the vertical-down position. The main application areas are construction sites, shipyards, workshops and pipeline construction.
Welds rutile, basic and cellulose electrodes up to 5.0 mm
Open Circuit Voltage of 12V with VRD Active
The TransPocket 2500 VRD is a fully digitally controlled manual electrode power source with resonant intelligence. The ideal characteristic ensures the arc is always stable, even for example at mains voltages of up to 100 metres, or with fluctuating mains voltages (340 to 506 V) and during generator operation.
The TransPocket 2500 VRD is guaranteed to weld all electrode types up to 5 mm, including the vertical-down welding of cellulose electrodes. It is extremely robust and yet small, light and portable. With the VRD version (Voltage Reduction Device), the open-circuit voltage is reduced to 12 V.

The TransPocket 1500 TIG is guaranteed to weld all electrode types up to 4 mm – including the vertical-down welding of cellulose electrodes. The welding machine has a built in gas solenoid and is equipped with a remote control connection, and can therefore be controlled directly on-site. Perfect Lift Arc TIG welding up to 150A thanks to the extra TIG functions.
