The key to the Eutalloy system is based on the integrated function of two components: 1) the special self-fluxing Eutalloy powders that are designed for virtually all base metals and 2) the simplicity and accuracy of the Eutalloy torch.

The Eutalloy torch is a quality tool designed to be used with standard oxy-acetylene gas equipment. The heart of the torch is a precision gas and powder mixing chamber which introduces the powdered metal alloys into the gas stream and through the flame where they are deposited and molted on the base metal.

The operator has complete control over the deposit size and shape by simply depressing or releasing the feed lever.

Eutalloy Hot Spray Process

Eutalloy is an oxy-acetylene thermal spray process which delivers very precise anti-wear protective coatings. Alloy powders are sprayed onto the part to be coated and are fused simultaneously. Bonding with the base metal by diffusion ensures that it does not reach its melting point. The dense coating is not affected by dilution and retains all its designed properties.

Large range of flame spraying powders available
The flame spraying system RotoTec 800, based on its technical conception and modern design, represents the current state-of-the-art for safe and economic equipment technology. It was developed for the application of multiple hard-wearing and corrosion resistant coating layers and is intended for long-term use with simplest handling.

RotoTec 800 is operated with acetylene and oxygen. The acetylene and oxygen mixture for the heating flame is achieved, using the injector principle, in a gas-mixing chamber and heating nozzle. This gas-mixing concept ensures the maximum process safety performance.
